Privilege Programme
Strategy, creative direction, content and design as part of a digital communications overhaul and Privilege Programme rebrand. Using a data and experience lead approach - we aimed to highlight Lane Crawford's commitment to curation, craftsmanship and customer centricity by refreshing key messaging, visuals, user experience and workflows for their entire suite of outbound email communications. Illustrated iconography used throughout Lane Crawford’s digital communications to symbolise various Lane Crawford services such as beauty appointments, style concierge and the Platinum Suite lounge.
